· The Asset Management Analyst will primarily be responsible for configuring and integrating Ivanti Service Desk Management Platform’s Asset Management platform.
· The Candidate will work primarily self-driven but as part of a team under the direction of the ITSM manager.
· The Analyst will assist in developing, executing, and optimizing IT Asset Management capabilities within the tool and integrate it with other network resources such as VMWare, SolarWinds, Tenable, and the network stack.
· The Analyst will also identify, consult on, and create reports within the Ivanti tool.
· Success will be measured regarding the ability to configure, integrate, and optimize the Ivanti tool within the enterprise.
Job Description:
– Configure the tool to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT assets.
– Liaise with the team member to identify needed capabilities with conforms to established product standards and desired technical specifications.
– Oversee IT asset intake, invoicing, inventory, and preparation for service deployment.
– Develop and execute methods and tools for tracking IT assets throughout their service life, including information on configuration, warranty, locality, custodianship, and repair status.
– Demonstrable experience in integrating other systems into the tool.
– Demonstrable experience to recommend, create, and execute reports in the tool.
Position Requirements:
– This position is Remote but candidates must be located within the United States.
– Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is Required.
– 4+ years of experience as an Ivanti Analyst or Engineer
– Valid work authority for work within the United States
